Rudaina Siddiqi (MA, MSW, RSW)

Rudaina Siddiqi, Therapist and RSW offering online counselling, therapy, wellness coaching across Toronto, Ontario, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, UAE, and Pakistan.
I am a psychotherapist and registered social worker offering online therapy for adults in Ontario, Canada. My practice is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care, providing a supportive space to explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that shape your life, whether you're navigating day-to-day stress, relationship challenges, or deeper patterns affecting your well-being and sense of self.

I provide support for those experiencing low mood, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, and general stress. My areas of focus include life transitions, identity exploration, family conflict, relationship challenges, intergenerational dynamics, migration, cultural adjustment, social isolation, and the search for belonging.

In addition to serving individuals in Ontario, I offer online therapy for clients based in Pakistan, and online wellness coaching for those living in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and across the UAE, with similar areas of support.

As a registered IFHP provider in Canada, I also offer therapy and psychological assessment reports for refugee claimants in Ontario. Beyond direct client work, I provide consulting services to organizations globally that are working with refugee claimants and newcomers, helping them improve access to mental health care and settlement support.

Having lived in Canada, Pakistan, and England, I bring a cross-cultural lens to my work as a psychotherapist, wellness coach, and consultant. These experiences continue to shape how I understand people, systems, and the possibilities for change.
I am a psychotherapist and registered social worker with 15 years of experience in social work, psychotherapy, community development, and education. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work (specializing in Mental Health and Health) from the University of Toronto and a Master’s in Development Studies from York University, Canada.

As a South Asian therapist with a global outlook, I understand the complexities of navigating personal and social expectations in a rapidly changing world, alongside life transitions, relational challenges, conflict, and the ongoing exploration of self. Having lived and worked across Canada, Pakistan, and the UK, I bring a nuanced understanding to my practice that allows me to hold both the intimate, individual experience and the broader social systems and structures that shape our well-being.

My therapeutic approach combines humanistic methods, narrative therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), tailored to each client’s unique needs. This blend supports emotional work while remaining practical and goal-oriented.

I offer services in English, Urdu, and Hindi. Whether through therapy or coaching, my goal is to create a thoughtful, supportive space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered in their personal growth.

This experience also informs my consulting work, where I help organizations improve access to culturally responsive mental health care and settlement support for newcomers and refugees.
